This information is not only important for the general overview of external persons, but especially in case of a special situation such as fire and subsequent evacuation. Via “My visitors” the host receives the status of all his current guests.
Analogous to the appointments, the view can be controlled by organizational specifications. Reception staff at the Global Desk can always see the full overview of all visitors. To get more details about an appointment, simply click on the tile. You can jump directly to the respective appointment.
Optionally and with the corresponding authorisation, the last recording point can also be output when connected to an access control system. This feature may require the approval of the works council and the compliance of the respective organization.
